the Fort you have complete flexibility to make catering arrangements
for your wedding reception just as you choose, for up to 100 guests
(up to 140 by special arrangement).
We can provide you with excellent and flexible caterers who can
suggest menus, or quote you for one you have chosen yourselves.
Ask us for our recommendations based on our experience of over
500 weddings. You can even provide your own catering if you wish!
Not
only is there complete flexibility in your choice of food and
drink - you can also choose your own seating plan. A wide range
of arrangements can be made from informal buffets to seated dinners
with silver service.
