December is the most popular month to get married after the summer season. There’s only one date still available for a 2018 weddings at Polhawn Fort.
You can enjoy your special day cosy inside the Fort with the dramatic views across Whitsand Bay as your backdrop. You will find the Fort dressed for Christmas with twinkling lights, a luxurious 8 foot fir tree and the open fires roaring!

2019 Weekend
FEBRUARY WEDDING WEEKEND
It’s easy to see why Polhawn Fort makes a fantastic summer wedding venue, but when it snows it becomes a classic winter wonderland. While we can’t promise snow there’s something comforting about wild winter storms lashing the coastline, while you and your guests stay cosy and warm within the Fort’s thick granite walls.
Our central heating’s up to the challenge and there’s a roaring fire to gather around. Inside you’ll find plenty of rooms to conduct your whole wedding, from the actual ceremony through to the reception and evening party,
making the Fort the perfect venue for a winter wedding, whatever the weather.
